Ablue Moon’s James Blond

2016 Australian Arabian National Championships

Lendene Stud’s superb yearling colt Ablue Moon’s James Blond excelled at the 2016 Australian Championships.  Sincerest congratulations to Sharyn and Rob on Jimmy’s success.  He contested two nicely supported classes, to be awarded:Australian Champion Arabian Pony Colt
(top class score and Champion on the comparative system)

Reserve Champion Arabian Derivative Yearling Jackpot n.e. 50%

This was an especially exciting result, as Jimmy followed in the footsteps of his full sister Ablue Moon’s Stairway to Heaven, who was awarded Australian Champion Arabian Pony Filly in a huge class in 2015.  Like Jimmy, she was the top score for her class, as well as comparative Champion. What a family!

2015 Magic Breed & PETstock Foal Shows

The exceptional James Blond, very proudly owned by Sharyn Williams of Lendene Stud, debuted at the Magic Breed and PETstock shows.  Impeccably behaved all day, he unfortunately pulled up lame in the afternoon – we realised this in the middle of one of his classes (where he placed accordingly) and scratched him from the remainder.  Congratulations to Sharyn and Jimmy, who was awarded:

Reserve Champion Dual Registered Male (weanling or yearling ) (ring 1)

A phone snap of Jimmy in April, when he was in training at Westacres.  Unclipped, no makeup and still with stitches in his eyelid, this gorgeous boy just gets better and better.  Photo courtesy of Jayne Bellchambers.
