We recently bid an emotional farewell to our wonderful foundation mare Kim-Dande Stormgirl. Best known as the dam of our resident sire Ablue Moon Rising (by SK Shakla Khan), she also produced the exquisite Ablue Moon Shining (by SK Shakla Khan), the Royal Champion Ablue Moon in El Dorado, and the impressive Ablue Moon’s Heir Force One (by RHR Heir of Marwan). Her legacy at Ablue Moon will be perpetuated by her son, daughter, and granddaughters (Ablue Moon’s Bed of Roses and Ablue Moon’s Stairway to Heaven).
Blondie has left us for an outstanding home at Skyline Park Performance Horses, where her future as a broodmare of Dressage ponies is all mapped out. We wish our sponsor Despina Mitrakas (Show Pony Graphics) all the best with this lovely lady – we couldn’t have found her a better place!
